This shop came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I was stranded and my car wouldn't start I got a jump and called them because I just got my battery tested and was told it was good. He scheduled me an appointment for Monday, mind you it was Friday. I told them I was concerned the car would not start for me to bring it in. They said come now. Luckily it was just the battery, they installed one for me right away and the price was very good. Taking my car back for more work.

Bill and Matt communicate great and if they find something they let you know right away. They also are honest and will let you know if you don't need a particular service if you request something to be done. I brought one of my cars in for alignment, rotate and balance and Bill informed me that the alignment was good and he didn't want to charge me for something I didn't need done. Not very many shops will do that now days. Another of my vehicles needed a service that after getting into it they realized that it was more of a dealer issue and I was not charged for anything as they weren't able to finish the job. Great company!

My daughter had an outstanding experience at this automotive shop. The service was excellent from start to finish — professional, prompt, and thorough. The rates were very reasonable, especially considering she wasn't charged labor for replacing her car's dead battery. What really stood out was the management: they took the time to explain everything clearly, kept her informed throughout the process, and made sure she understood ALL options BEFORE any testing and work was done. It’s rare to find a shop, and manager like Bill, who's honest, transparent, and customer-focused.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. What really won my repeat business is that they didn't try to upsell me for a more expensive option. They saved me money by giving me the most cost effective option, and they did excellent work. I will absolutely be taking my truck back to Joy Automotive for any further work I will need in the future!

I discovered my Volkswagen Atlas was leaking fuel, I searched the community Facebook page to find a trusted mechanic in the area. Joy Automotive was recommended a lot. I reached out via email and they were very responsive. I later that day called for an appointment. They got me in quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly called to explain to me. They are very transparent with pricing and work to find the best deal for parts. They fixed the problem and got me back on the road. I will use and recommend them going forward.

I have been bringing my cars to Joy Automotive for quite a few years now! When something goes wrong that isn’t something that is a recall for my dealership then I automatically go to Joy! They are friendly and very helpful!! I know that if something can’t be figured out then they will do everything to try and figure it out!! As a girl I’m always skeptical of going to mechanics because you just never know if they will treat you with respect but at Joy I don’t fear that! If I have questions they are there to answer! I definitely feel at ease knowing my car is in good hands!! I just recently had catalytic converter problems and they did a phenomenal job and my car is running better now!
